To whom it may concern I would like to lodge a compaint about PEP STORE WESTONARIA MANANGER

I bought an iterm for my child at pep tambotie mall in randfontein So i went to pep wetonaria for an exchange When i got there i looked around for what i can exchange rhe item with , unfortunetly i did not see something i like. So i went to rhe cashier explained to her that i rather take a refund She said to me they will not refund me as i did not purchase from their store. I asked how come? She went to the mananger

Upon her arrival the manager She confirmed to me that she will not refund because i did not purchase from her store We argued Then she changed her statement to say she will not refund me because she does not have cash.. She did not even bother to ask me how much is iteam She keep on saying she will not refund me end of story Sad part the iteam wasR114.
