Transfer money disaster

I went to pep Mams mall on Sat 27th of April 2019 to transfer money and i did transfer it. went out and send the numbers to the person i transfer the money to a few minutes later the person couldn't withdraw the money at Bloemfontein atm. So i told him to go to shoprite he did when he got there they told him the money has been withdrawn and i went to pep and explained what has just happened and the nanager told me i must phone the number on the slip and i phoned the number on the slip but they asked me my Id number and phone number i gave them, and they told me the money was withdrawn at a atm in Mahube so i didn't understand how did it happened
