TRAINING IN STORES IS VERY IMPORTANT
Its so sad when we as clients are pulled to shops to buy only to buy only to get there and find out the this is just all false adverti*****t this is really sad. I went to but a shirt for my 6 year old advertised at R18.99 in store and on TV imagine. This is what the sign instore says '' DIEPKLOOF SQUARE PEP'' Short Sleeved Gladneck shirt 5-6years now R18.99, got to the shelf got the shirt with this description same size with a price R34.99 got to the till I show the teller the sign even ask her to show me then the R18.99 shirts guess what she says. 1.She says the sign is not in that section first, i mean like the sign is in the middle of the shop I show her the description write in the sign and the description on the shirt she says no yes the description is the same but this one is R34.99, I'm like but how that s what it says if it had said from I would understand but its written R18.99. She says ai sorry those shirts' are finished so I'm like why do you still have the signs in the store if you dont have the item, mean time mind you I have a product in my hands with the same description. To me this says that pep chose a certain number of shirst eg if we have 100 only the 50 from last year will have the sale price and the reminding will stay at the normal price . LETS STOP FALSE ADVERTI*****TS PLEASE
