Train Supervisor on Professional Cusrtormer Service Conduct

Customer Service Conduct. I visited PEP stores, Kimberley , Barkley Road today at 11:32am and I had a parcel from Jet Stores and had to hand in at the parcel counter. The person managing or supervising the store her name is Jackie. I had several incidents which I do not understand why am I getting treatment of such from the Lady named Jackie. She noticed me walked away and closed the door of what seemed to be the office and I stood there for a few minutes until I called another employee Marga which assisted me with my parcel. The one day the security had to search only my packet when I was about to exit the store and I felt my personal character has been degraded but I continued shopping at the store. I do not know the lady I wish to be respected and urge that she leaves her attitudes towards me at the door of the store when she enters because it is not her house but her workplace she must have a [professional conduct.
