I sent out a parcel to be couriered to someone on the 4th of September till today that person hasn't received their parcel. Their history of the parcel isn't accurate and now I have lost money from that client because I come across as ***********. My tracking number is D***. My worry is that my parcel could now be broken because of its up and down
