My mother bought a Netsurfer sharp tablet at Pep store in Edenvale on the 31/08/2015 and on the 16/09/2015 my mom took the tablet to the store as it was giving her problems, the screen showed lines then just switched off. she was told that she needs to pay 700 rands for repairs to a tablet she hardly used for a month, she didn't damage the tablet herself it was just poor quality and now she has to pay for it to be fixed, how many people are being ********** out there with such products, this is really disgusting, buying something and a few days later it broken. i need this matte dealt with as soon as possible, consumers are not responsible for what your manufacturer produces. i expect feedback soon.
