I would like to give a young shoutout to Sihle from PEP Cell in Newtown, the one by Pick n Pay. This girl never ever has a bad day. The first time I went there, she wasn't serving me but I was just observing, amazing customer service. After my horrible encounter with your courier service in the Carlton branch (horrible branch really) I decided to try it again because of her. She served me on Monday, I had about 15 parcels of different courier days to send and she was patient, very helpful, very solutions and efficiency driven, her spirit is also so so pure. How she also relates to her colleagues, beautiful. I went again on Wednesday to use the Paxi service and man, she's a delight. This is what we call customer service. I didn't catch her colleagues name from Monday but their synergy is amazing. If a promotion is coming up with bigger responsibilities, this is your girl, she is GOLD!
