2 year old girl got give slippers as gift for birthday on 21 August. Visited the Hemingway’s Pep stores. Spoke to extremely rude store manager Asanda, who refuses to swop for bigger size. Put me on customer care line, I explained the story and she asked me to please hold and never came back on the phone. I phoned again and spoke to Buko who became extremely rude. Pep Stores = ZERO customer care. No one could show me any return policy or a gift. 2 year old still doesn’t have her slippers she got for her birthday.
