To Fix or to replace, that is the question Pep Cell needs answers to!!!

It has been a month since I did the previous post. I was contacted, and were told all kinds of stories. First we had to wait a while for feedback as to how long the repairs was going to take...acceptable.... then we were contacted and it was said the phone cant be fixed and he would receive a replacement......yippee.... and then....another call... oh, no they decided to fix it .......and now.......????
