Three cashiers equals no Service

So I was at pep,I love Pep and I have to say I mostly get good quality and great service But there are a few bad ones (Embalenhle Mall Pep ) terrible service they never have sizes and the staff could care less,unhelpful,Slow service.yet I go back every time because I love the shop<br> But yesterday I went to Pep at the Evander Mall it was like 16:40 or so and the were 3 ladies working the till and 2 people queueing (me being #2) I stood in a queue for about 10 minutes while the ladies chatted away with a guy who was purchasing a cellphone...they looked at me and kept chatting away all 3 of them they didn't even flinch I was so patient... But I just got fed up and decided to leave and when I did they just kept chatting away couldn't care less its disgusting.i am not looking for preferential treatment! I want to be treated like a customer Really is that to much...the way they were caring on they could have just as well told me to go away cos they don't need my money!!!
