Threatened by a cashier at Pep Boksburg

I was threatened by one of the male cashier today. I was there to cancel my Laybuy as it will be overdue soon. He said they going to suspend me from laybuying in their stores. I have never experienced this in my life. As we speak now. Am not sure if am suspended or not.
