This is the third whats app i am sending with no help. I went to Pep Protea glen mall yesterday as i mentioned last time regarding the phone i bought on the 30/11/2025 that It's just started not charging on the 20/12/2025. I took it back to the shop where the lady by the name of Kgauhelo told me that they will take it for repair to Hisense it will take 2 weeks. I went yesterday wanted to find out what's happening,she told me the phone is not back yet. Then i said its 3 weeks now and i am desperate for the phone,she said i must speak to the manager,i asked her i need my money back as i cant wait for another 3 weeks,which it will be 6 weeks waiting. The answer he gave me is It is what it is i must just wait there is nothing he can do. I really need your Help Hello Peter to contact Pep Protea Glen to give me my money back as i cant wait for another 3 weeks as i need the phone urgently. I am so furious about the answer i got from the manager saying there's nothing he can do i must just wait. Thank you.
