This is how customer service is meant to be

The staff that work at Pep in Tzaneng mall is the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered at any store. The saw me with a lot of items and brought me a basket, after which they offered to carry the basket for me and help me find what I'm looking for. After getting to the till the cashier greated me, asked me just to wait a moment and sanitized everything before assisting me. She even politely offered me some sanitizer. Thank you for giving me such a great experience in this difficult times.
