I am quite disappointed at the service I received from Paxi and ******* that you hired

I sent 2 parcels on the same day from Pep in Key West mall Krugersdorp to Pep Bridge City in Kwamashu P6381 I received one parcel 1st on the 26th of Jan 2021 parcel number D*** the parcel was collected and it was sealed the 2nd parcel took time of which I need to know the reason why as it arrived today parcel number D*** when we collected the parcel at Pep bridge city P6381 it was not sealed it was opened a rude consultant said we must not ask them and don’t blame them we must blame Pep Key West Krugersdorp

I want the director of Pep / Paxi to get to the bottom of this I want to know why the parcel did not arrive at the same date and they were sent the same day and why is the 2nd parcel opened and not sealed. I now see why on your T’s and C’s you state that you will not be help liable if any of our belongings gets lost it is because you know very well that you hired *******
