They take matters unprofessional and also they don't take customers seriously. On the 6 of June 2025 I made money transfer, so the person I transfer the money to was trying to **** me but unfortunately I didn't give him the pin. I went back to try to withdraw it only find that they locked the pin and I did but his number there, so they told me that I must do affidavit, bank statement and copy of my ID then I fill up the forms, so every time when I go there to find out always I get different stories tell I haven't got my 2k back so I went to all the office I don't get help
