Theft Syndicate in Stores

Good day Pep team

I used your courier services from Carlton Center on 20 Jan 2020. I have used your other branches before and the Paxi area was neat and reliable, carlton Center was disgustingly disorganised and honestly one of the worst service givers.

My reference number D***. The cashier, think her name was Mpho, I'll verify on my slip should you need it, firstly entered my details incorrectly, this is where I'm suspecting the beginning of a possible theft syndicate.

I returned to the store the next day and the trainee cashier assisted and verified the receiver's details.

I spoke Nkosinathi of Paxi on 12 February 2020 saying he would get back to me and he didn't. I spoke to Amanda Paxi on 13 Feb who also did not give me feedback. What kind of training goes on here at Paxi where customer resolve seems very shoddy! I sent an email as I asked for escalation, a Kaylan van Wyk rep**** and said she would get back to me, it is Wednesday of an almost nearing month end.and I have no feedback on my parcel.

Paxi is relatively new in the industry, how complacent can you be really as workers in a new company. The service is pathetic, customer resolve is pathetic to its highest level. I need to know where my parcel is and what kind of system do you use if no alarm bells go off to say parcel'shelf due date has not been honoured?

Are you guys running a post office syndicate as well where you're *****ing parcels? It's been almost two weeks with your shoddy courier company whoever it is Paxi uses to look for clearly marked and packaged parcel.

This is a ******** case to be quite honest and would really like to avoid the dramas that come with that.

This is a horrible reflection on PEP as a brand, can I know what happened to my parcel please
