Theft of cell phone in store

Went to Pep home at South gate mall on 18 August 2023 at about 14h10 . At the teller, I took my phone out of my purse in order to get the wallet to make payment. I unfortunately forgot my phone on the teller counter. I noticed the absence of the phone hardly 3 minutes after I left the store. On enquiry , the staff said the have not seen the phone . I asked for footage as I saw a camera facing the teller point. Was told by the manager to phone head office and will pay a fee for them to access the footage. I called their call centre and was that I should contact their area manager to assist, I asked them to provide the contact details of the area manager, as instructed t to do so in writing t 'mother national client service email, I did as required. 'm still waiting!!!

At the time the store was not busy and I was the only customer who was paying at the teller in question. Can you please view the footage and tell me what you discovered. I don't need you to provide it to me!!!!!!
