Theft and unprofessionalism from Kholo ( Cashier)

I went to PEP Forest Hill City on Saturday to courier a dress through Paxi and the cashier asked if I wanted a bag for R100 or R130. I said the one that fits which was the R100. I was not aware what the price variance meant as I am a first time user. I went back on Monday to rather opt for the R130 bag which takes fewer days for delivery. The cashier who was assisting was very rude, unprofessional and made use of sarcasm when I explained my situation. They made a phonecall to what I assume is the head office and the guys asked questions and instructed them to only charge me the difference to which they rep**** "Yes we will do that". When it was time to action, they said they don't know how ams made me pay another R130 then said they were sorry but they didn't want to get into trouble with the Auditors. Very unprofessional behavior from Kholo and her manager who was present and said nothing l.
