The worst service from pep home festival mall / service from manager pep home festival mall

Festival mall pep home is the worst place one could ever shop at starting from the from to rear management I went there to return a purchase I had made and was told that I need to contact the head office without even anyone of them trying to assist me or even bother to assist instead the Manger sat in her office chewing gum and plucking her teeth looking at me while I made a call to the head office she even had the guts to say that the person who was on the call with me on the line should have assited me and told me to proceed and walk away she didn't even try to approach us but instead set in her office spoke to us all the while in the office and further more she refused to give us her name asking us what we going to do with her name and doesn't even have a name tag to even start with the attitude that was given to us by her is horrible that even so that the staff that work with her are afraid of her
