THE WORST SERVICE FROM PEP 0484 KEMPTON PARK

I have experienced the worst service from Pep Store 0484 Kempton Park. Firstly the cashier didn't greet me then I greeted her with no reply, with her rudeness and disrespect from her answers, when I ask her ' why don't you answer when i greet you and she said' its not a must to answer, mos' then i ask her why do you scan one item and leave me to help someone who ask about a phone and she said Pep didn't train her to serve one customer at a time, the she did it again, scanning one item then she went to help someone a the parcel counter. I'm like really, is that how you speak to your customer, she got some nerve to say to me, you are not my customer, you are Pep's customer. She even said she doesn't pack for customers who brought their shopping bag she only pack for the ones who bought Pep shopping bag. She wasn't wearing a name badge. She even call another customer while I was still packing my items.I told her 'I'm going to report you', she was like' you will be wasting your time, Pep won't do anything and you are not the first to complain and you won't be the last. THE CASHIER'S NAME: NTOMBIZODWA.
