The worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a phone at pep cell around July,but didn't work sent it back for 3 months and came back still didn't work and when I sent it back the useless Manager was so unhelpful and took it back and still waiting for it till day eastrand pep cell is useless and waist never ever do anything with them
