THE WALKING DEAD

<p>On Saturday the 20th May 2017, I was doing abit of shopping at the Dundee branch in Old Acre Plaza. The lack of knowledge and service is shocking, right up the the manager herself. I needed to pay for a fathers day card which was nicely displayed only to get to the cashier who did not even greet tells me i cant purchase it. I followed by asking why not and she said she did not know so i asked her to ask somebody who would know. Shortly the Manager came who had an attitude, She rudely said i could not purchase it as it was on promotion and the promotion has not started, took the card and walk away. Please people educate and train you staff on how to deal with clients...Customer service should be something important in a retail business.</p>
