the service and treatment i received from the management was traumatic

i bought an itel cell phone at this particular pep cell shop in seshego circle centre on the 24/07/2024 at the time 10:08:12,only to find out that the applications that are supposed to be inside the phone are not there,so then i returned the phone and the manager refused,now my work has stopped as for me to work,i need a phone,to make matter worse i am inside the 7 days retun policy of the pep store,please help a desperate self-employed person to continue to work
