The PHD of Incompetence!

I bought a cellphone(Mint Fox: imei ********** ********** 8) from PepCell (Commissioner Street) at the end of August 2017. On 14/09/2017, I took it back to PepCell because it was re-booting itself. The phone was booked in by Olwethu, who told me that it would be ready for collection in 3 weeks. On 03/10/2017 I phoned PepCell to make an inquiry: I spoke to Crueshayde, who told me that my cellphone was only collected by MTN yesterday (02/10/2017). You can imagine how shocked I was! She took my details and said that she would call MTN and follow up. She called me a few minutes later and told me that MTN says I have to wait another 21 days since they only receive my cellphone yesterday! If it was up to me; MTN and PepCell could keep their cellphone and return my money! 1. the battery life of that phone is a nightmare 2. it overheats whenever you run multiple applications 3. I get no replacement/loan phone while I'm being given the run-around, I've had to borrow my daughter's cellphone so that I can be reachable since my work requires me to check my messages and respond promptly wherever I am.

Wow! what a waste of money!
