The cashier at store 6630 couldn't provide the service that I needed

The cashier at store 6630 couldn't provide the service that I needed. I tried to tell her how to do it, but refused and told me that's not how it's done. I was really disappointed as I thought the staff there should be receiving training every week on new things.
