Good the I bought a phone at pep and the speaker was not working I had to use headset and I went back to the store they just go to setting and give me my phone back I did ask they said yes they do it like that unless it give me other problems the same day it was give me the same problem and I was the work .the next day I was admitted at the hospital went I come back I called customer care to explain my problem they said my seven days has expired but the will take a matter to the store .the store called me the following the I explained again they asked for IME number I gave them they didn't came back to me until now it's almost twoweeks
