yesterday i went to pep stores in Vosloorus the one at the okay mall, they closed at 17:30pm i arrived just as they were pulling the garage gate down to close business for the day, i met this wonderful person that saw me turn back and ask sisi what did you want to buy, i said the weather is terrible and i needed a dry mac/wind breaker for my son because i fear the weather will be the same tomorrow. He ask me to wait while he spoke to the lady at the counter who then agreed to assist, its a pity i didn't get both their names they were so friendly and helpful, grateful that's what you call going an extra mile. Thank you for your wonderful Help and outstanding service delivery. i hope that both of you can continue to help others as you did me.
