Terrible terrible service from pep in Odendaalsrus

I am very disappointed with paxi pep in Odendaalsrus. I believe they have destroyed my parcel. I use paxi a lot in Gauteng and there is never a time where the cashier close my parcel and I have asked my sister to send a parcel for me and I have found my parcel cut into two pieces and my younger sister said she must handover the parcel and she will put it in the parcel..

I like the responsible employee to be held accountable because she took advantage of the person who doesn’t know the system..
