Terrible srevice

bought a cell phone from PEP TRIOMF 21/05/2020 to the amount of R375.00 all was in order with the purchase ,I told go and charge the phone for 8 hours buy the cashier and did so when went into play store and loaded my email address and let it charge after a few hours checked the and screen went all white AND PUT THE PHONE OF when returning the phone to the store I was told by a first manager it had water damage and cannot be refund or replaced the a second it was damaged cause pressure was put on the phone and the three ladies then started having a attitude saying they will fix or replace it in a vulgar and disrespectful way while the store was full of customers this is utter disgusting behavior from a service provider PEP should train there staff to dress appropriately wash before they get to work since theses ladies looked like they slept in the store and then still disrespectful and unprofessional .I also advice that the phone needs to be booked in and replace they refuse
