Terrible Service provided by Pep Cell @ Vosloorus crossing.

I went to Pep Cell today 05/02/2018 to pay for my Eskom and Municipal bill and I joined the queue. I saw customers before me not being assisted when they got to the tills to pay for their Dstv, etc. On my turn when I got there I was told with attitude that they are offline. My problem was that there was no sign or any message to let consumers know that the store is offline, instead they allowed us to queue for nothing. Other challenge is that that store is forever offline. On the last +4 months, every time when I went to Pep cell Vosloorus Crossing I was told that they were offline with attitude so today I met couple of people whom I complained to and to my surprise they told me that they wanted to complain with the terrible service they have been receiving and luckily I spoke to one person who was the friend of one of the ladies @ Pep by the name of Athi who was the cashier and she said to me let me go and pay your accounts and I gave the lady my Eskom and Municipal statements to go pay. It took that lady within 5 minutes and she came back with proof of payments and I was so shocked that a while ago I was told that they are offline. That told me that the ladies assists friends or anyone they prefer and they do the job when they fill like doing. It was proven today that the store was not or perhaps never been offline, it's the employees that are lazy to do their job. The store also open and close at anytime of the day without notice. Pep cell Vosloorus Crossing management please sort this matter out because your employees are taking us consumers for granted. Just because we are at the Township they take us so low. This also tells that the store is being poorly managed. If you would, you may put what I said to the test and send mystery shoppers then you may see how people are being treated by your employees. I would suggest that you put some disciplinary measures to your staff so they can stop their transgressions.
