Terrible Service PEP Paxi couriers

Hi

My sister sent me a parcel Via PAXI pep couriers on 7 July 2021. Its the 23 July 2021 and I have not received my parcel. Its was from Durban pep to Alberton Lemon tree. It reached the destination hub in jhb on 9 July 2021. Since then I have constantly been trying to contact them for my parcel but I'm not getting any proper feedback. This is such a terrible experience. I will not use they service again and I will discouraged all my friends and family from using they service.
