Terrible service PEP PAXI

I wanted to try PAXI from PEP to send a parcel. I paid for the 5 to 7 working day package, but it has been 3 weeks. Paxi does not answer phone or email. Twice I have been at the PEP home store in Secunda and they just say package is on route. Very dissapointing experience and no idea where my package is. The tracking shows they picked it up a week after I send it which means it was picked up when it should have been dropped off already. 2 weeks later still nothing and no one knows anything.
