Terrible service Pep cell i regret enter there

I purchased a cell phone from Pep cell at the avenue mall in springs, within three weeks the phone just go blank. upon return they assured me that they will check problem and fix it and return it within six to eight weeks. upon numerous calls after sad period passed finally I receive a call to come and collect another phone , I had to take leave from work and travel a distance to get there. they made me stand for hours apparently they receive a faulty number and cant excess information. the person they tried to reach on the phone don't pick call. I stayed there till they close no assistance. upon requesting them if I will be compensated as I took leave and use fuel to come and collect my phone that I didn't receive they told me no chance that it will happen. I am very disappointed even now I try to call them as I rather get them to refund my money they service is terrible. the phone just ring for half and hour still. very disappointed wont hope nobody buy their phones
