Terrible service from PEP staff member Vuyo

<p>Unfortunately one HAS to give a star but the service I received isn't worth any.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your staff at your Cape Gate branch are extremely rude and have no idea how to treat or speak to customers. I went into the store today, Saturday 04 March, to look for a pair of shoes. They didn't have my size. So when one of the gentlemen that works there walked past, I tried to get his attention but he was too busy on his phone to notice. Only when asked by a college was he willing to help but also had a really **** attitude and didn't even bother to take a look for another size and went straight back to his phone. When I asked him for his name he rep**** "why? It has nothing to do with you and I'm busy". I'm glad you guys at least make your staff wear name badges because people like Vuyo are what chases your customers away. Word of mouth is bad for business when your employees treat your clients like ****.</p>
