Terrible service from Pep Cell Davenport

Pep cell davenport employees and managers are very unhelpful. I bought a phone the other day and I kindly asked the lady helping me not to put the Sim in because I have one at home but she still did it and then didn't give me the Sim package but throwed it in the bin. It Sim locked me, I went back because it was the exact day I bought it. They told me no it was my fault but I know what a Sim lock is. I ended up unlocking my phone without help from pep cell
