Terrible service fro pep cell in Tzaneen lifestyle centre

I bought a Hisense phone in Tzaneen pep cell and the service was horrible from the managers and staff as a whole, Gabriel and Rose , their attitude towards customers is beyond terrible, the 1st phone was not working I had to return it , I was given the 2nd one and the it was as also not working, the manager by the name of Gabriel told me that why did I choose that phone and he is not here to work for me, I want my money, I don’t want the phone again because all of the phones have the same issues and the worst part is the staff attitude made me hate to shop here. The service is bad and disgusting, how was I supposed to know that the phone won’t work, they did not even care to explain the terms and conditions only when I return the phone that’s when I was told that I can’t get my money due to 7 days rule whatever. I’m so disappointed, not happy at all and will not even recommend any one or buy from pep cell Tzaneen lifestyle
