Terrible service (Diepkloof square branch )

@Pep south africa you need to train your stuff better ,Just because the store is in a township doesn't mean we should get such horrible service. we still standing outside due to "the system is offline " no one is bothering wth informing us that they are off line we have to ask Wow !!!! I work in retail and I understand we experience difficulties but we do kindly inform customers that we experiencing the issue and we apologise on our companies behalf well your stuff is inside looking at us Laughing at pur frustrations your Diepkloof square branch Stuff needs training they are Hortible
