Terrible service
I have 2 Annique rooibos parcels at PEP home Kriel. Unfortunately I didn't get the sms for my parcels, my mistake. So today I asked my fiance to go and ask them to just send me the messages again so that I can get the parcels. I even send the waybill numbers that I have. On my Annique orders it gives me 2 per box. So let's try them all. Now he was told that the numbers are wrong. So check my name and surname. How can the numbers be wrong. So now I have to get into my wheelchair and go to them to try and get my parcels. No I don't have a car. Terrible terrible service.

05 Sept 2025, 09:29So after this, I got into my wheelchair and went to the shop. After hearing that I need HO to send me the SMS I thought I was going to cry. I could see by boxes. Someone help me please. Then Ursula came to my resque. Mam we can get the SMS sent to you again. We just need to call Paxi. I gave her my phone and said please call them. Within 15 minutes I had my packages. Thank you Ursula. You made my day.
