Terrible service

I recently visited the pep store in edenvale vr mall, and te service was apphauling. When I enquired to purchase stock being advertised, I was told that there was none available, when I asked for the assist to check where the stock is available, I was told they don't have any way of checking they don't have any systems. Furthermore I did do a purchase and when I had got home there was an item missing which I had payed for.
