Terrible service

I have sent a parcel through Pep paxi for 3 days option but it's been two days full still the parcel not picked up, my parcel is delayed without explanation, this kind of service is affecting my business because my customers will complain to me when they don't receive their parcel. The item was expected to be delivered today but still at the shop not picked up. This is very terrible service, I will never recommend anyone to use paxi pep.
