Terrible service

I am very disappointed by the service of this young lady Sbongile Cwani, bad service and rude to customers. She was very rude to the guy that was in front of me in the queue I even tried to get another cashier to assist but she pointed me to her cos she was going on break, I tried to be nice to her so that she won’t treat me like the guy that was in front of me but regardless of my kindness she was rude as she is packing my things super annoyed and throwing them to me as she folded a paper bag for a present that I bought for someone written Happy birthday, she folded it to squeeze it in a small plastic bag, like can you be so inconsiderate cos that is meant to be a gift bag? when I tell her that can you not rather put my things to a bigger plastic bag since they are all squashed she tells me I can the size of a plastic as the same amount of something I bought, ask to pay for a bigger packet cos I don’t mind she took a bigger pack throws it to me and she screamed next, started packing for myself and that when I asked her can you please give me your names, she gave them to me with so much arrogant. I am not sure of the last name if it’s correct cos I then asked why you being rude are you having a bad day, she just looked at me annoyed and didn’t answer.. I am super disappointed because even the guy that she served before me complained about her and the guy ended up tipping the lady that was assisting her for being nice and greeting him with a smile. Sbongile was not even bothered she continued with being rude and nasty regardless. Bad bad bad service came back home super annoyed that why I’m writing this.Pep store in sophiatown where there is shopritte and pep is next to the liquor store.
