Terrible service

I have sent a parcel on the 06 December using Pep Paxi 7 days delivery option but until today is being more than 7 days my parcel is not delivered, there are Christmas clothes for my kids inside. I tried to track the parcel, its says estimated delivery date is the 20 December 2021, I fail to understand how come it has to be two weeks while I paid service for 7 days delivery option. I want them to deliver my parcel before Friday this week because its been more than 7days now.
