Terrible Service

Today I went to Pep Evaton Mall. The service was very poor, the queue was long and they did not want to assist people who were going to swipe.

They only assisted people with cash, and people who were gonna swipe, they were told to continue to stand on the queue . They didn’t even bother to tell us why they weren’t assisting people who pay via cards. We were just standing there as if we’re lost. The staff didn’t even have their nametags on .
