Terrible service

<p>I went to buy a phone for my child and explained it was for school purposes. they sold me the Samsung Z2 knowing very well that this phone is just a toy not a real phone. I spoke to the manager explained my challenges it was 2 days after the phone was bought. he told me he will get back to me. i waited in vain until the 7 days was over now when i go back he is telling me stories that they can only fix the phone but not refund which was his intial plan when he said i must wait and he will get back to me.all i want is my money abck so that i can go to another store and buy my child a phone. because now she must not do her school work because the Pep cell in newtown juncion cannot do anything about this and the manager Given Khosa is very ***********.</p>
