terrible service

<p>i was trying to purchase a cellc starter pack, however in the case of a sim swop you should NOT rica the sim card, something that the staff refused to understand, the manager came over with an attitude and started talking in a language that i did not understand, after i told her about 5 times that i dont understand what she was saying and asked her to speak english, she then walked away saying she CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH!! I have never experienced such terrible service coming from a manager. I am disgusted</p>
