Terrible Service

I was at PEP on 3 May 2016 only to have to stand in long lines to pay at tills while the staff just walk around doing nothing. One cashier leaves her till casually walks to the clothing rail and pretends to be packing while over 20 customers are waiting to be helped. PEP Krugersdorp is managed very poorly. I went in yesterday again to exchange a pair of school shoes and left my prchased shoe there after being told that i must stand in their long queque again. Nobody really interested in customer service, what a horrible experience. I called the call centre and waited for 5 minutes and my call was still not answered
