terrible service

I am extremely upset after going to store today, and its constantly from one sales assistant. I walk in with a trolley as my baby is in car seat and its hard to carry him around in the mall, veronica tells me no trolleys allowed in a very rude and arrogant way and its not the first time, there was nothing else in the trolley just my baby in his seat why couldn't she just made an exception? Was i supposed to put my baby outside of the store in a trolley and shop around? we never went far into shop as baby things are right infront, I had to leave store without the items i needed for my baby and ended up purchasing at another store that allowed me to go in with a trolley! On a previous occasion she also didn't want to exchange an item i got as a gift for my baby with tag on for something else, she refused i ended up going to N1 city and doing the exchange there and got really great service, a store which i could walk into with a trolley. She didn't even want me to enter shop with a pram and groceries underneath this is unacceptable why should i have to go to another mall far away from home to get the proper service? When there is a mall 5mins away from home? Its really pathetic!!!
