Terrible service

Going through some of these reviews for pep amd im shocked at how customers are having similar iasues with the business. Doesn't whuch pep service js terrible they khst want to sell no service after making the sale. They dont even have the courtesy to respond atleqst to peoples complaintd or concerns which shouts:they dont care. No customer services at all. I also bought a phone whivh js common at pep and 7days later didnt work. Im not being assisted with this im firat told to wait 2 months thwy will go fix. When i didnt agree they refusing replacement because id lost a slip. They have records of my sale I have proof of payment on my statements They can even pull camera footage to show i was there ro purchase!! Its apalling man. Just close down! I will tell my story to every one i come qcross and on every platform i have access to I will also show proof that you aren't consistent with your procedures as greenacres store port Elizabeth states they following procedures
