Terrible Sales and After Care - Pep Cell Selcourt Towers

Such a terrible experience at Pep Store - Selcourt Towers. I purchased a "el-cheapo" Hisense phone - their online website does not give all specifications - as I needed a 4G phone - but after I checked the models at other retailers I was certain that their version could accomodate. Anyway - I got home tested the phone for 4G and it did not want to recognize or offer the 4G network. I immediately went back to the store and the manager (Pat) refused to accept that their advertising was not the same phone that is advertised everywhere and she refused to engage with me to the point that I waited 20 mins for her only to hear that she no longer engaging with me around the return and exchange of the phone so that I can buy a better one. Terrible customer experience and I am livid. Hope they respond.
