Terrible quality clothing

I purchased clothing for my child recently from pep liberty Midlands mall.

All the clothing was handwashed and not placed in the washing machine.

3 tracksuits, 1 dress and 1 jeggings have turned extremely fluffy after 1 wash.

Its TERRIBLE QUALITY CLOTHING.

I received a pair of warm slippers for mothers day yesterday from PEP. I wore it today, it already tore on the inside.

I am disgusted with the quality
